We request for 24 hours notice as a minimum

a full refund of your deposit will be returned in full , if 24 hr notice is given –

if  24 hrs is not given the deposit will not be refunded .

No shows will  be required to pay in full , before another treatment  booked can be taken .

 Now show’s & late cancellations are a real burden ,cost on a small business & it blocks another clients from getting a slot they’ll love to avail of .

A patch test is free , takes  5 minutes. keeps you at less risk of an averse reaction .

Your treatment may not be performed if you have not had the relevant patch test

Please note: No reaction to a patch test is still not a guarantee that a reaction will not occur during or after the treatment. This is an informed risk that you choose to take when undergoing any treatment.

Don’t worry vouchers are valid for up to 5 years. We don’t offer cash back on vouchers

We ask that you do NOT  bring children with you to the salon.

A salon is not a safe place for a child . many machines & chemicals could be very harmful.

They cannot enter treatments areas or be left unattended in the hall. Our staff need to give their full attention to the service being offered & noise can be an issue for relaxing therapy’s & our waiting area in extremely small.
